Pioneers laid the foundations of OPS in Europe 25 years ago. Today, with EOPSA, OPS stands out as the leading alternative fuel solution and a true front runner in the energy transition.
Known as “cold ironing” at the time, OPS was already in use during World War II. Yet, despite its many proven benefits, its rollout across Europe is surprisingly slow.
